ONE DREAM

Everything started on school benches in Toulouse when my friend Bernard Bosc, now a producer of Roquefort cheese, and I promised each other that one day we would age wines in his twelfth-century stone cellars.

At that time I had no ambitions in the wine world. But a training course at the Chateau Haut Marbuzet in St Estèphe acted as the trigger and I ended up in Spain, studying Montilla Moriles. This is where I met Cheli.

We got married and six years later we started off our wine business Maison Rouge.
